.everything else is excellent except that I was unable to open the window of my room and felt bit suffocated the reason for this was some maintenance work started outside and I was offered to change to another hotel on the same day to which I refused

The staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. We felt our needs were important to them and they did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The director of the hotel was very friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful hotel. We have stayed here many times over the past few weeks. The flowers in the reception are stunning, the staff helpful and cheerful and the rooms are great.
I stayed at the Shaftesbury Metropolis Hotel in Paddington for the long bank holiday weekend and loved it! Very helpful staff - Gagn in particular who was brilliant with every request I had and catered to my every need. Thanks, Richard
Excellent facilites and location, just need more info on parking, other than getting a quick relay of directions to an NCP
